We have moved this event into another location closer to the Biochemistry and Biology departments than we were in the previous location. This should make for a more relevant and stronger attendance.
The Biology & Biochemistry department consists of 45 tenured or tenure-track faculty. Our faculty represents the best of combined teaching and research. They are professionals who bring our students the current topics, the newest techniques and discoveries, and the potential new directions from their fields of specialization. This research is supported by over $8.0 million yearly in grants held by faculty from federal and other sources outside the University.
